The building massing is carefully articulated and strategically carved to create open courtyards and vertical voids, enabling ample penetration of natural light and facilitating effective cross-ventilation across all levels. This approach enhances indoor environmental quality, reduces dependence on artificial lighting and mechanical ventilation, and contributes to overall energy efficiency. The resultant spatial configuration also improves visual connectivity, introduces landscaped pockets within the built form, and fosters a healthier, more comfortable living environment for residents.
