Project Description:-

Neev is a centrally located redevelopment project in Pune, designed to introduce contemporary living within a mature urban setting. The planning prioritizes openness and environmental comfort, with residences oriented to receive ample daylight and natural airflow. A corner-based unit arrangement enhances seclusion and reduces visual overlap between homes. Rooftop amenities form a distinct leisure level, thoughtfully separated from daily living spaces, and include facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and multipurpose hall to support recreation and community use.
