Project Description:-

The 3.5-acre plot is a series of thick chikoo & Jamun trees set against a backdrop of sinhgad fort and beautiful hills making an environment that is an escape from city life. Out of the total 250 trees, 16 trees were intelligently replanted to carve out the farmhouse structure. A circular-shaped deck flowing on three sides around a square living creates a gathering space surrounded by thick trees. Many of the materials used for the house are rough stones and textured tiles. The huge windows that cover most of the external facades let in vast amounts of natural light and clear panoramic views of the surroundings. They also reflect the surrounding landscape, creating a spontaneous transition between the interior and external spaces.
