When it comes to designing a building, opting to utilize an enormous rectangular shape for the structure can serve to make a bold visual perception & these rectangular unique architecture designs will certainly stand out with the use of sharply designed angles. Whereas, the typical façade mechanism is replaced with continuous huge openable glazing for giving freedom of planning. There were about 3 meter contours on site, which was used to create the upper & lower ground parkings. The open space is designed at the end of the plot with designer club house having amazing facilities like air conditioned multipurpose hall & chitchat area.
